An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Legal Counsel - Corporate/Commercial to join a global supplier of maritime, logistic and ancillary services throughout 40 countries across 6 continents. This position is based in Dubai.
As the Senior Legal Counsel - Corporate/Commercial, you will be joining an established legal team, advising the company on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. You will be responsible for drafting legal documents, analysing legal issues arising in transactions, reporting to the General Counsel and providing effective support to senior managers within the company's team on legal matters.
Essential Skills / Requirements
- Must have at least 5 PQE
- Ideally be Common Law qualified
- Must have a minimum of 5 years experience with an internationally recognised law firm or MNC
- Previous experience in the Middle East would be preferred
- Knowledge of cross-border corporate and commercial transactions
- Knowledge of international infrastructure projects
- Excellent analytical and organisational skills
