A highly-regarded, international law firm is looking a planning lawyer to join them for 6 months initially.
The planning group is an integral part of ther commercial property department and specialise in planning, environmental and local government work. They have wide experience in advising on the planning and environmental aspects of major development and infrastructure projects including mixed use development and regeneration schemes, new housing settlements, office and business park developments, retail and leisure proposals and waste management schemes. The practice deals with all aspects of planning law including negotiations and appeals for planning and associated consents, the drafting and negotiation of planning and related agreements and the environmental implications of development proposals.
Key criteria:
- A planning lawyer of 4+ PQE
- To start preferably August on a 6 month contract
- Preferably with some experience in a City law firm
