Personal Injury Solicitor - 12 month FTC

A leading Top 50 Commercial Firm in Bristol is looking for a Solicitor to join their team handling Work Place Injury claims arising from Asbestos-Related Diseases.

This company has a fantastic reputation in the Personal Injury market and is passionate about the law and providing their clients with the best legal advice and guidance.

The Role:-
* This is a rare opportunity to specialise in this high profile, and deeply rewarding area of personal injury law. The ideal candidate would ideally have Asbestos-related Claimant experience (but those with general multi-track personal injury experience and an interest in Asbestos related work should apply).
* The successful candidate will work under the supervision of a Partner but, depending on experience, will be expected to handle a full caseload within a short period of time.
* Candidates will need to have excellent client care and communication skills, given the particular sensitivity working with terminally ill or recently bereaved clients.
* The successful candidate will need to show that they can cope well under pressure and maintain excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and keep to tight deadlines.

Details:-
* Flexible as to PQE, ideally 2-8 years, but those with more experience should also apply
* This role is due to start ASAP for a 9-12 month period
* This role will ideally be remunerated on a salaried basis but those candidates seeking hourly rate payments will be considered
* Rates/Salary - Flexible DOE
* An element of remote working/flexibility over working hours can also be considered
* Experience of Asbestos-Related Claims litigation would be ideal, however, this firm is happy to look at candidates with a strong multi-track Claimant personal injury background.
