Senior Corporate Counsel

A consumer lending financial services business is looking for a Senior Corporate Counsel to support their entrepreneurial plans. Based in London, you will join an established team and look to progress to a more senior position in a short time frame. You will provide the business with support for their existing products and future innovative product launches.

The key experience you`ll need includes:

- Ability to negotiate lending facilities and carry out securitisation activities
- Understanding of financial services products and their compliance
- Understanding of complex fintech and associated service contracts
- Ensure the whole business remains compliant and within FCA regulations
- Strong technical skills
- Used to negotiating commercial transactions with financial services partners and suppliers

The Person

- From a major law firm or in-house at a banking institution/ treasury team
- At least 7 years PQE
- Dynamic personality and ready to embrace the challenge
