Commercial Property Solicitor

A vacancy has arisen within my client's Clifton office in Bristol for a commercial property solicitor within their commercial conveyancing team.

Working closely with the head of department, you'll be involved in all aspects of commercial conveyancing including sales and purchases of properties and businesses, mortgaging and re-financing as well as Landlord & Tenant matters.

This is a unique and exciting opportunity to help shape the department and be an integral part of growing the firm's capability in this area.

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified solicitor or CFILEx with 2-5 years experience to join a growing team at a highly regarded Bristol firm.
