Residential Conveyancing/Commercial Conveyancing/Paralegal/Sale and Purchase/Conveyancing Quality Scheme/

An opportunity has opened for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a new start up business in North West London. The firm have a fresh take on the Conveyancing process, looking to employ their significant financial clout and new digital tool that brings Conveyancing process and firm marketing into 'internet of things'. The firm offer a vibrant working culture which looks to create a fun environment for their motivated work force. In turn the firm are looking to bring on Residential Conveyancers with significant experience in the area and an ability to handle files from instruction to completion.

Required Skills and Responsibilities;

- Extensive exposure to Conveyancing and the Conveyancing process.
- Able to handle files from inception through to completion (proactive but can seek advice when necessary).
