Personal Injury Solicitor

An experienced Personal Injury Solicitor is required to join a nationally renowned catastrophic PI team within a long standing law firm. Based on the West Sussex coast the firm are looking for someone with at least 5 years’ experience in PI work.

The role:

• Primarily working on RTA but includes EL and PL matters
• Work closely with the Partners on existing brain, spinal and fatal cases
• Dealing with clients and outside organisations in a proactive manner
• Promoting the high quality and reputation of the firm

You will be:

• Solicitor or Equivalent 5 years + PQE
• A highly skilled individual
• Have a proven track record of proactively and effectively conducting high value PI cases through to trail
• Compassionate, hardworking, enthusiastic and able to empathise with clients
• An understanding of funding generally, in particular CFA/ATE, and rehabilitation

Salary will be commensurate with experience and ability.
