Law Costs Draftsman

A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a law costs draftsperson to join a well-established law firm based in Birmingham. 

You will join a full service law firm based in the centre of Birmingham and join a team of costs specialists which includes, a costs lawyer, a law costs draftsperson and a legal assistant who also form a sub group of a personal injury and clinical negligence department. 

In this law costs draftsperson position, your key duties will include, but will not be limited to;

• Preparing details costs budgets
• Preparing detailed bills of costs
• Schedules for agreement
• Estimates of costs, statements of costs for summary assessment and legal agency claim forms 
• Lodging/submitting bills and claims, preparing points of disputes, along with key costs related duties

You must have previous experience working in a claimant, law costs draftsperson position in order to be successful for this role in Birmingham.
