The Role
We are now actively seeking dynamic Commercial Property Solicitors for an expanding team in Leicester. Acting for clients including commercial lenders, developers, owners and PLCs, the successful Solicitors will manage a challenging and complex caseload covering a broad spectrum of commercial property matters. Areas will include: freehold acquisitions and disposals; development projects; secured lending; advice on planning matters and; commercial leases.
Keen to get involved with business development, the successful Solicitors will immerse themselves in initiatives, attending networking events, promoting the department’s services and building and strengthening client relationships. The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor with 1-2 years’ PQE;
You will be technically brilliant with expertise across a wide range of Commercial Property;
You will have excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach;
You will have a pro-active and detail orientated approach to all aspects of your work;
You shall be able to meet tight deadlines whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy;
You will have a flair for business development and networking.
