Our client, a Legal 500 firm with offices throughout Lancashire are seeking to appoint a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor for their office in North Cumbria office.
The role will involve handling your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters covering; Sales & Purchases, Remortgages and Transfer of Equity on behalf of Freehold & Leasehold properties.
The successful applicant will possess a minimum of 2 Years Residential Conveyancing experience and able to demonstrate a high degree of technical knowledge. Additionally, you will have excellent organisational abilities and show a clear understanding of SRA Code of Conduct.
