Legal Counsel

Fantastic newly created opportunity for a Legal Counsel to join a leading multinational organisation based in the West Midlands.

Our client is one of the most successful businesses in the Midlands, a leader in its field and a household name. Due to an expansion within the business, a new position has been created for a commercial lawyer to join their established legal team based at their West Midlands based HQ.

The work for this individual will be varied in nature although primarily focussed on general commercial matters. The successful individual will be responsible for drafting, negotiating and reviewing a broad range of commercial agreements and tender documentation, advising the business on a variety of legal issues and coordinating advice from external counsel when required.

This role will suit either a lawyh Ner witQ-3 year's PQE who is either already working in-house or in private practice looking to move in-house for the first time. Commercial contracts experience is desirable, however, we would also be keen to hear from junior lawyers focusing on transactional or non contentious disciplines currently working in leading national law firms.
