An interesting opportunity for a Locum Planning Lawyer has arisen within Essex. Attractively, this assignment offers extensive home/flexible working and will be for at least 3 to 6 months with a high possibility of extension.
The successful applicant will be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive. However, applications are welcome from non-qualified Lawyers that have the relevant experience.
The duties on a day-to-day basis are as follows:
- Providing planning advice
- Dealing with planning enforcement matters as well as providing advice on general enforcement
- Planning prosecutions
The client requires 2 days office presence whilst the rest of the hours can be worked remotely.
