They now have a truly fantastic opportunity for a Family Law Solicitor to join their office at Southampton. Salary competitive, dependent on experience.

My client has enjoyed substantial growth in terms of size, geographic spread and continues to build on its investment in people and places year on year, further developing its profile regionally, nationally and internationally, with a focus on its market sector teams.

You will join a busy, market-leading Family team whose Lawyers are members of Resolution and include accredited specialists, mediators, collaborative practitioners and Family Law. The family team has experience and strong reputation in the following areas:

- Divorce and separation

- Children matters

- Cohabitation disputes

- Pre-Marital agreements and pre-civil agreements

- Domestic violence

- Financial matters, family property and assets

- Collaborative law and ADR

- Mediation

The ideal Family Solicitor candidate will hold 1-5 years' PQE however more experienced candidates will be considered on merit. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing their own caseload, appropriate to their level of experience. On top of this, it is expected the chosen Family Solicitor will be passionate about developing relationships with existing client as well as developing new business.

The position would suit someone who wants to establish themselves in the local market and build a long-term career working in family. You will be highly organised, accurate, proactive and committed to meeting deadlines. This is a client facing role so excellent all-round communication skills are essential.
