My client is a Legal 500 Commercial law firm that services an excellent commercial client base nationally. They work with a variety of Commercial Businesses including PLC, medium and Larger SMEs. This top performing team now wish to appoint a Corporate Solicitor.
The role
They seek to appoint an experienced Solicitor to manage a range of work and provide support on a range of corporate matters files such as but not limited to;
- Acquisitions, disposals and Mergers
- Management Buy-out and Buy ins
- Restructuring and Reorganisation
- Joint Ventures
- Shareholder Agreements
- Flotations/Takeovers and Public Incentives
