Graduate Recruiter

More specifically, as a Graduate Recruiter you will be responsible for;

• Delivering a high volume of campus hires including graduates, interns, long-term interns
• Coordinating the end to end process
• Maintaining and reviewing the Applicant Tracking System
• Guiding hiring managers through interview and selection processes
• Supporting the on-boarding and visa processes in collaboration with the HR team
• Helping to coordinate campus marketing and attraction initiatives
• Supporting diversity recruitment initiatives
• Establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with the HR Business Partners and becoming a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business stakeholders
• Supporting the summer, spring and graduate induction programmes as needed

The successful candidate must have a background in a graduate recruitment function, ideally within the financial or professional services. You must have a solid understanding of the graduate recruitment process and be able to manage high volumes of applications.

You must also have excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build strong relationships across the different business functions.
