Your new company

This firm is a UK Top 100 law firm with offices in London, Bristol, Swindon and Bath. They are looking for a Private Client Paralegal to join their Bath office. They assist a broad range of clients to when structuring their assets and to pass them on to the next generation in an efficient and managed way.

Your new role

As a private client paralegal, you will become part of the busy Bath office. You will cover a range of work including Wills, probate and estates. You will be undertaking an in depth review of clients circumstances and ensuring all of their important issues and questions are properly dealt with. You will be researching, providing and recording legal advice to clients.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need a strong academic background and a desire to succeed with their firm. Ideally, you will have prior experience of working as a paralegal in a private client team. You will need to be clear and concise and know when to make decisions and when to seek guidance. You will be the type of person that is considerate and respectful in their approach and who is able to show compassion to clients. You will need to be investigative and be able to analysis effectively.
