Structured finance lawyers at 2-6 pqe are required by this well regarded City firm to work on an excellent spread of mandates, both bespoke and "flow". Clients range from investment banks to funds and corporates. The role would suit someone keen to step out of the magic circle and gain a more flexible approach to both breadth of your role and execution of your role.

The partners pride themselves on offering associates the opportunity to find their level and not be restrained by over staffing and pqe. The team advises on; government liquidity schemes, regulated/structured covered bonds/servicing and restructuring/securitisation/structured note Issuance and repackagings/cross border/derivatives and repos/debt capital markets and liability management/Debt Funds/Portfolio sales and related vendor financings.
