Commercial Property Solicitor

This exciting and innovative firm are currently looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor into their busy commercial property department in Exeter. The successful candidate will be assisting the senior partner and an associate on a wide range of commercial property transactions including leases, secured lending, landlord and tenant and buying and selling of freehold commercial properties and businesses. It is envisaged that you will gradually take on your own case load of varied work.

My client seeks applications from qualified solicitors who have experience in dealing with all aspects of commercial property. It is essential that applicants have a minimum of 1 years pqe and be looking for a new opportunity where they can further develop their skills and experience.

Ideal candidates will be looking for a firm where they will gain variety of experience and are encouraged to develop their own case load in due course and build a long and successful career.

You will also possess excellent client care and communication skills, have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and have previous experience of handling a large caseload of matters using a Case Management System. You should be a team player and be able to get along with others and enjoy working in a culture that is highly focused but friendly and supportive environment.

On offer are excellent prospects for career development and also a competitive salary between 35-45K depending on experience.
