My client is a well-regarded full service firm operating from commercial offices across Liverpool and the wider North West. With an influx of new instructions, ongoing development and expansion, they are currently looking to add an experienced EL/PL Litigator (Solicitor or Fee Earner) to its burgeoning EL/PL team.
You will be an EL/PL Solicitor (NQ+) or Fee Earner with previous litigation experience. The caseload consists of a number of higher value EL/PL claims and some pre-litigated EL/PL claims, therefore you must have litigation experience in the same. Real opportunity exists for you to aid in the development of the team and clear progression routes for the future.
