Our client, a top tier law firm with a leading Finance Practice, is recruiting into their Structured Debt & Capital Markets team. The Structured Debt & Capital Markets team provides advice to a broad range of clients on a wide variety of structured finance and debt capital markets products. The team assists clients in relation to securitisations, asset-based financings, capital markets financings, distressed portfolio acquisitions and loan work-outs in both the UK and other jurisdictions in the consumer, SME and corporate finance, corporate and residential real estate and infrastructure sectors.
The ideal candidate will have broad finance experience, a background in securitisation and structured capital markets or other relevant experience in debt capital markets, asset finance and real estate finance. Our client is open to experience gained in the UK and overseas jurisdictions such as Australia, New Zealand, Singapore or Hong Kong.
