Interim Corporate Solicitor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Lawyer to join the Corporate Team of a Top 50 practice on an interim basis. The role has arisen due to an influx of work. The role is to start imminently and is anticipated to last between 4-12 weeks in duration.

Successful candidates are likely to have a strong corporate background obtained within highly regarded private practices and have experience in the following:

• Merges and Acquisitions
• AIM Listing
• Sale and Purchase small and medium businesses
• Buy outs

Due to the nature of the workload, the successful candidate should have previous experience in this area and be able to work autonomously.

This role is due to start as a matter of urgency, therefore applicants should be available immediately or at short notice.
