Our client is a friendly, warm and genuine firm based in the heart of Leeds. Excitingly they now have a vacancy for a temporary Property Solicitor for a 2 week cover beginning in August. If you are a well-rounded and knowledgeable Property Solicitor this really is not on opportunity to miss.
A West Yorkshire firm with a focus on innovation and progressive thinking we are delighted to offer £25-£30 per hour on a 2 week basis covering the head of the property department.
As our interim Property Solicitor your duties will include:
- A caseload of Residential Conveyancing coupled with Commercial Property
- Focus on sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, mortgages and shared ownership
If you:
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Are able to start on short notice
- Have a minimum of 5 years PQE
Ideally if you have experience within Residential Conveyancing and Commercial Property this is an advantage however varied experience in this sector will be considered.
