Conveyancing Solicitor / FILEx

My client, a well established Firm based on the Wirral is currently looking for a Conveyancing Solicitor/Legal Executive to join their expanding Conveyancing team, The role will be based from thei Wirral office, however, occasional travel between offices will be required. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

On a day to day basis you will be responsible for handling a case-load of sales, purchases and re-mortgage files. You will be required to manage the files from inception to completion liaising with various parties throughout.

Applications are welcomed from experienced Conveyancing Solicitors/Legal Executives who have proven experience of handling their own case-load of freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered titles with minimum supervision. You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients referrers and estate agents.
