Full service and progressive firm is now seeking a Residential Property Lawyer in Beaconsfield.

Our client is a successful high street practice in Beaconsfield with offices across central and southern England. Offering a full range of services to individuals and business clients within the county and further afield. They are now seeking a Residential Property Lawyer to join in delivering excellent services. They ensure that clients receive individually tailored advice to meet their needs by efficiently targeting knowledge, expertise and skills. The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and talented Residential Conveyancer to join our clients’ busy and CQS accredited property department in Beaconsfield. This is suited to a Solicitor, Legal Executive or a Licensed Conveyancer with at least one year experience. Managing a full and varied caseload consisting predominantly of HNW residential property transactions, the successful Lawyer will become part of an established and growing team undertaking the full remit of conveyancing work. A hands-on role suited to a motivated lawyer seeking a new challenge in this area.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with at least one year PQE;
You must have solid expertise within a Residential Property department;
You will have excellent client care skills;
You will be able to manage a full caseload of Conveyancing transactions from instruction to post-completion with minimal supervision;
You will be highly organised with excellent IT skills;
You will be a team player with strong communication skills across all levels.
