Commercial Paralegal

We have just received instruction from a prestigious and sizeable in-house legal department looking to bolster their team with the addition of a further Commercial Paralegal or Legal Executive.

The company based in Birmingham City Centre with this role is within an extremely well-resourced team which prioritises training highly and is large and dynamic enough to be able to provide good career opportunities (this includes some scope to earn a training contract).

We are keen to hear from Legal Executives and Paralegals with at least two years' commercial law and/or contracts experience either with a significant private practice or in Commerce or Industry. Experience in financial services is highly beneficial.

The Commercial Paralegal role will give you exposure to an exciting array of commercial work from across their business groups. You can expect to develop expertise in a broad range of legal matters including a whole array of contracts for goods and services, procurement generally, R&D, sponsorship arrangements, collaboration agreements and IP/IT matters.
