New Homes Paralegal
Exeter
This established client is busy within all of its property departments, including residential, commercial and new build. It is within its new build team in Exeter that it is experiencing the most growth in instructions, and as such is keen to add an additional paralegal to the team.
You should ideally already have at least 6 months' experience working within another reputed law firm. Experience of new build conveyancing is not essential, but exposure to either residential or commercial property matters would be an advantage. You will have had experience as a new homes/plot sales paralegal acting for individuals or developers in the buying and/or selling processes.
In this role you will run your own caseload from initial instruction to completion. You will be supervised where necessary, yet encouraged to make your own decisions and judgments along the way.
Progression opportunities are available for dedicated and motivated individuals looking to continue/start more formal legal training.
You will be offered an excellent salary, depending on experience, from £17,000-£20,000. Benefits include: 23 days holiday, season ticket loan & pension scheme.
