ENFRANCHISEMENT AND LANDLORD & TENANT LOCUM • SURREY • COMPETITVE HOURLY RATE
Our client, a very well respected firm with multiple offices is currently looking for an Enfranchisement Locum to assist the department with an increase in workload.
The Firm are based within an easy commute from London and are looking for someone to cover for two months. The position is to start as soon as possible.
You will be working alongside the Enfranchisement Partner.
The ideal Locum will possess:
• 4 years' experience + • Experience in dealing with leasehold reform and general landlord & tenant matters • have means to work to own initiative and be comfortable with meeting clients face to face •
