An exciting opportunity for a Corporate Governance specialist to join a prestigious organisation and provide a full secretariat service to the Board, Committees and Senior Management Team.

Corporate Governance Manager - Legal Services Board
London
The Corporate Governance Manager will have broad portfolio of work including:
- Providing a full secretariat service to the Board, Committees and the Senior Management Team
- Ensuring Board members receive appropriate induction, training, development and briefings
- Supporting annual Board member evaluations and reviews
- Leading on data protection, information assurance, freedom of information, and all relevant aspects of corporate governance
- Preparing the governance contribution to the Annual Report
The post-holder also manages two administration assistants.

Corporate Governance Manager - Legal Services Board
The successful candidate will have:
- A strong working background of providing full secretariat services to a high level
- An outstanding understanding of corporate governance (ideally gained from within the public sector)
- Excellent relationship building and influencing skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and on a self-sufficient basis Ability to prioritise complex and competing demands
- ICSA qualification/membership (ideally)
Job Offer
£45,500 - £65,000 depending on experience
