Contracts Manager

My client is looking for an experienced Contract Manager who can provide legal support to the business, which will contribute to the smooth operation of the Department by ensuring that its business and legal standards are upheld.

You will be working for a leading Technology outsourcing company who provide custom IT solutions to their clients and who are based in Berkshire and you will be part of their Legal Team.

The role involves being able to review, draft and respond to various contractual documents and provide training and commercial support to sales staff to further their understanding of the standard legal forms. You will work closely with various teams within the company and be able to respond to complex inquiries regarding contract obligations and revisions, as well as be able to work closely with the Senior Management Team to give early warning advice regarding issues that require more complex decision-making. The successful candidate will ideally also have some knowledge of disputes and debt collection and you will be able to work supportively with colleagues and in line with company values.

The successful candidate will be educated to Law Degree level and have a thorough knowledge of legal principles and practices. You will be a pro-active self-starter with strong leadership skills and have a high degree of initiative, and be a good team player.
