THE ROLE
For an insurance litigation lawyer with 3-5pqe to join the Commercial Disputes Team.
The role will provide the opportunity to work across a range of sectors and practice areas, for a wide variety of clients, through the newly established sub-groups within the team.
Corporate and Transactional Risk and Disputes
Public and International Disputes and Arbitration
Financial Services Disputes and Regulation
An associate can expect to gain experience in a range of contentious work including: court litigation; international arbitration before a range of tribunals; mediation and other forms of ADR; regulatory investigations, reviews and inquiries; and general commercial disputes advice, often with an international and cross-practice group element.
ABOUT YOU
A disputes lawyer with insurance litigation experience and 3-5PQE from a City firm
Experience of working to a high level of autonomy and independence
Ability to demonstrate a high degree of sector knowledge and commercial awareness
Excellent written communication and drafting skills
Self-confident, proactive, pragmatic approach to tasks and projects
Highly enthusiastic and self-motivated
The ability to interact and build relationships with people at all levels
Ability to work well in both a team and individually
