Asset Management Temporary Paralegal

An exciting opportunity has arisen with one of my clients, a globally renowned asset manager, is looking for a temporary paralegal to join them immediately to work on a specific rebate project.

Responsibilities involved in the role will include:

• The identification and provision of client agreements for brokers.
• Extraction of key terms related to rebates/ fee sharing (including rebates, invoicing etc).
• Provide appropriate legal support to project analysts to aid reconciliation and investigation tasks.
• Assisting in producing a legal distribution agreement procedure.

The ideal candidate:

• An experienced paralegal with prior knowledge of legal agreements ideally gained in an asset management/financial services environment.
• Able to efficiently extract key information from legal agreement and provide to business users in an agreed form for business analysis.
• Ideally understands broker remuneration, rebates, retro cessions, etc.
• Be immediately available to begin a new project running for at least 6 months.
