THE ROLEThe appointed Immigration Lawyer will be working closely with other immigration lawyers spread throughout the offices, as clients are commonly multi-jurisdictional. You will be dealing with multi-national companies and high net worth individuals and advising on complex immigration matters. As well as managing your own caseload effectively, you will be working closely with the team and supervising junior members of the team.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor, likely to be an associate with 2-4 years PQE, with solid experience within business immigration law and/or high net worth individuals.
The PQE mentioned is only a guide. Anyone with the necessary skills to succeed may apply.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is an excellent opportunity for an associate who feel they can build up a recognised immigration practice in London. There will be plenty of work available from existing clients, but of course you must have a flair for business development and client retention. There will be plenty of cross-selling between departments.
