Corporate Solicitor - 5 years + PQE

My client is a leading Regional Law firm with a strong presence in the Commercial and Corporate markets in the South West. Due to a period of sustained growth the client is looking to recruit a 5 years + PQE Solicitor to work within the Corporate team of the Commercial and Infrastructure department in the flagship Bristol office.

Experience of corporate work such as joint ventures, share and asset acquisitions and disposals, group reorganisations, insolvency and corporate government matters is essential. Experience of property regeneration and property development, corporate structures and corporate governance within a public sector context, and social enterprises would also be advantageous.

The corporates team's aim is to invest their skills and experience in comprehensively advising clients on all aspects of their corporate transactions and projects.

The ideal candidate will be 5 years + PQE with relevant Corporate experience at a leading firm. On offer is an excellent package with outstanding long term career prospects.
