Employment Solicitor

Our client is a first tier national firm, one which is widely regarded for its Employment Law work. Their employment work includes advising and providing expertise on tribunal claims, business immigration, data protection, and restructuring support.

The firm is now seeking a Solicitor 2+ years’ PQE with an ability to provide day to day employment advice, service contracts and policies, settlement agreements, business re-organisation, and litigation matters. Ideally someone who can demonstrate an ability to work closely with an array of clients.

Candidates must have completed an employment seat during their training contract, and demonstrate a real commitment to developing a career within employment law. The successful candidate will be working alongside 3 Partners within the Thames Valley employment team, servicing a national and well known client base.

To be successful for this Employment Solicitor role, you will need to be hard working and a team player, coupled with the ability to work autonomously and be a keen business developer. Salary is competitive, plus excellent career progression.
