A Residential Conveyancer is wanted for a fantastic West Midlands based opportunity with an ambitious and dynamic legal 500 law firm. The role will be based at their office in the Black Country area. Applications are invited from technically strong qualified or non qualified Residential Conveyancers looking for an opportunity to utilise their technical skills and move their careers on in a supportive working environment. Salary is upto £40K, depending on experience and comes with excellent benefits.

An expanding, specialist property law department within an established regional law firm my client delivers a high quality legal service to a client base that includes small to medium sized business, the high street and high net worth individuals.

The successful Residential Conveyancer will join a busy, friendly team managing a full and varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases from start to finish. Day to day duties will include sale contract issues, replies to enquiries, purchase contract approval and the raising and checking of enquiries and searches. Fee earners will enjoy a great deal of autonomy and will also have the opportunity to mentor and act as a 2nd opinion for less experienced team members.

Applications are invited from technically strong Residential Conveyancers looking for the salary and responsibility
that is the measure of their experience. The successful candidate will possess at least 2 years experience gained in a busy high street, regional or volume conveyancing environment and possess the confidence to hit the ground running managing all types of conveyancing transaction.
