Residential Conveyancing Fee Earners are wanted to manage a full and varied caseload to conclusion. With a fantastic temp to perm (subject to performance) opportunity available, my client is seeking capable, ambitious individuals with a hunger to succeed.
Due to an influx in business and ongoing success, this firm is now expanding and has just opened a new office in Bolton. As part of a growing firm, you will have the opportunity to grow with it and gain additional skills and experience, with an excellent support network.
You will be running a manageable caseload of residential sales, purchase files to conclusion. Day to day duties will include sales contract issue, contract and title approval, issue and checking off searches and mortgage conditions sign off. Conveyancing Fee Earners should possess a minimum of 2 years' experience running a similar type caseload.
