You will be responsible for handling a strong bulk of development/redevelopment work and major infrastructure project matters, as well as some freehold & leasehold acquisitions, commercial leases, disposals and agreements ancillary to the development. The real estate team has been involved in some of the biggest landmark development projects in the Midlands and beyond in recent years.

You will have built at strong experience within another commercial property setting and be keen to build on this.
