Senior Lawyer - Major Business - Finland

Our client is a well known business operating on a multi-national level. They are well established, offer excellent career progression and are constantly expanding their market share. 

A newly created position now exists for a talented commercial lawyer to join the team in Finland. The role will work closely with key internal and external partners and stakeholders, providing contractual support, commercial legal advice and will address exciting projects around the region. 

For consideration you must;

• Be a Finnish qualified lawyer
• Be familiar with a variety of commercial agreements - experience in the energy, engineering or IT sectors is desirable
• Speak fluent Finnish and English. Danish will be an advantage
• Be able to hit the ground running and used to dealing with a variety of complex commercial legal matters including, contract drafting, project work and dispute resolution in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
• Have a demonstrable track-record in maintaining productive business relationships with key internal and external partners

The role will provide exposure to big-ticket project work and high-level negotiations as part of a close-knit, dynamic international legal team. You must be robust, articulate and driven. Excellent prospects are available for team members that distinguish themselves.
