Key attributes and skills:
- Solicitor or Legal Executive, qualified or where qualification is imminent
- Significant conveyancing experience along with significant experience of dealing with electricity clients is essential
- Ability to undertake commercial property transactions to include easements and general land law issues
- Extremely organised with the ability to effectively prioritise matters
- Excellent client care skills
- Adopts a pragmatic approach and utilises business and financial acumen effectively
