Education Lawyer

Education Lawyer required to join a public sector organisation based in Derbyshire for an initial period of 3 months

This is an excellent opportunity for an Education Lawyer based in Derbyshire to join a well-known and widely regarded local authority on a locum basis.

The successful Education Lawyer will be joining a well-established team and will be dealing with such issues as:

* SENDIST * Disability discrimination * School exclusions & admission appeals

The role is to undertake a wide range of education matters which will include schools appeals, clerking schools admission, exclusions appeals, providing general advice to schools and SEN matters.

The ideal Education Lawyer will ideally have previous experience of working within a public sector organisation but candidates with Private Practice experience are more than encouraged to apply.

While this position is for 3 months initially, there is the possibility of an extension thereafter.
