Compliance Consultant

Compliance Consultant, Manchester
Salary up to £40k.

A top commercial practice in the heart of Manchester is looking to expand their compliance and risk team with the hire of a compliance consultant on a permanent basis. Working for a leading law firm, you will join the highly specialised legal and advisory risk management team to offer and provide risk management, regulatory and compliance advice to law firm clients. Key duties include:-

- Auditing policies, procedures and financial information
- Analysing data and intelligence arising from the review and audit process
- Advising on complaints and claims handling strategies
- Representing clients in disciplinary investigations

It is essential you have experience of risk management and SRA compliance including audit/file reviews, understanding of AML/Data Protection/Info Security issues for law firms, knowledge of authorisation rules and business development/article writing.
