My client is a top 50 practice with a huge span in the commercial market. Being well known for its high value property, private client, corporate, family, charities and art work, they are becoming one of the most successful firms in the South of England.

The Corporate Solicitor will be well versed in both public and private sector work and ideally have good knowledge of private equity, investments and M&A’s.

Applications are invited from 2 – 5 year PQE Solicitors who have solid academics and have come from another reputable and well regarded firm. It is essential that all candidates are able to work well with a fast-paced team and also unaided, if need be.
