Commercial Property Solicitor

A rare and exciting opportunioty is availabale for a Commercial Property Solicitor to take on a varied and high-quality caseload, including commercial leases (acting for landlords, tenants and funders); property development (options, conditional contracts, promotion agreements and overages, together with planning and infrastructure agreements); purchase and sale of business and investment portfolios (working alongside the Corporate team on business disposals and acquisitions); finance and refinance; and all aspects of work relating to renewables.

The ideal candidate will have strong relationship building skills with the ability to manage his/her own caseload and work effectively as part of a team.

It is important that you are highly driven and enthusiastic and able to adabt to a fast paced and dynamic work place. The successful candidate will demonstrate a keen interest and aptitude for business development and marketing, as well as an ability to cope with a high volume of good quality work and an appreciation of appropriate pricing and commerciality.
