Pure Search is working with a fast-growing financial services and lending business seeking an additional lawyer for its small legal team.

The role:

Responsibilities will include:

• Corporate advisory and internal restructuring work
• Draft and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements
• Advise on new product initiatives and regulatory work
• Develop relationships with senior management and other key stakeholders

About you:

This is a great opportunity for a qualified lawyer (circa five - ten year plus PQE) with a financial services background. The business is fast growing and there are excellent prospects for internal development and progression.
