This is an exciting role for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Colchester office.
Property is at the forefront of all the work they do. This role will involve working with a highly experienced Commercial Property / Development Partner. You will deal with a broad range of quality matters including; Development, Acquisitions for development, Commercial Leases, Residential Development, acting for developers of both Plc and private companies in connection with commercial property acquisitions and extensive multi-purpose developments.
- You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least two years PQE (there is no upper limit on the amount of experience)
- You will deal with a broad caseload which will include; Landlord & tenant, Commercial leases, Portfolio management, Development, Investment, Acquisitions, and disposals.
- This role has excellent prospects for progression to Partnership
- You should have a good technical knowledge
- Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
