IP / IT Solicitor

A rare opportunity has arisen with a strong regional firm, with an outstanding reputation in the market, to join its highly successful IP/IT team in Nottingham as an experienced IP/IT Solicitor.

The team you will be joining is relatively small, however, is recognised as leaders in the field of IP/IT in the East Midlands. As an IP/IT Solicitor, you can expect to work very closely with the Partner who has extensive expertise in the field, and be given the opportunity to work on a caseload of top quality work including; intellectual property and licensing, software development, supply & purchase agreements,  E-Commerce and website contracts, domain name disputes, and copyright & design rights matters (non-exhaustive).

This opportunity would suit an ambitious and dynamic commercial contracts solicitor with between 1-6 years’ PQE, who has specific experience dealing with IP/IT or data protection matters.
