Agricultural Property lawyer NQ – 2 years’ PQE

Highly regarded Agricultural Property team in Oxford is looking to expand by recruiting an enthusiastic lawyer – ideally you will be between 0 and 2 years’ PQE. Previous experience within Agricultural Property is not necessary, however a genuine interest in Agricultural Property is required. The successful candidate will have Property experience and, ideally, have been involved in both commercial and rural land transactions although this is not essential. You will be supporting a Partner and a Senior Associate working on a varied caseload of Agricultural Property transactions, Landlord and Tenant work and bank lending.  If you are newly-qualified, it will be essential that one of your seats as a trainee solicitor was within Property law (either Commercial Property or Agricultural Property – applications from Summer/ Autumn 2017 qualifiers are welcome).
