This leading US firm is seeking a senior project finance associate to work on a range of top-quality project development and finance deals. Deal values are typically multi-billion dollar and have recently included oil and gas, power generation, shipping, mining, metals and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will have significant experience in all aspects of structuring, negotiating and drafting finance documents in connection with international project financings and privatizations. This will have ideally included both bank and sponsor representation.

Since this is one of the largest US firms in London, support and career progression are excellent, there being both a culture and track record of UK qualified associates making partner.
