My client is one of the country's best renowned Defendant Insurance practices, and has an excellent opening for a Defendant RTA Solicitor or Litigation Executive to join its extremely well regarded Motor Litigation unit based in Liverpool.
The department manages Personal Injury and Motor Property Damage claims on behalf of commercial clients. As a Defendant RTA Solicitor or Litigation Executive, you will be expected to have experience in managing caseloads of the same, from instruction right through to settlement or trial. You will have demonstrable experience in running a predominantly litigated caseload of Motor matters, and be well versed in working to targets and deadlines.
Ideally, you will be a Defendant RTA Solicitor or Litigation Executive, however, claimant experience is seen as beneficial for applicants, and candidates from a claimant background with a genuine desire to handle Defendant Motor claims are encouraged to apply.
The firm boasts a close knit and collegiate Motor Litigation team with real potential for further development and progression for the successful Defendant RTA Solicitor.
Salary and extensive benefits will be commensurate with previous experience and expertise with a guideline of up to £30k.
