Due to ongoing success, a leading specialist Personal Injury practice in the heart of Cheshire is seeking an experienced RTA Litigation Executive / Solicitor to join its dedicated Personal Injury department.
The existing department deals with all RTA matters, from pre-litigated Portal and credit hire files to complex high value litigated RTA claims. As part of the firm’s dedicated, progressive and forward thinking team, you will handle your own caseload of predominantly litigated RTA files, from cradle to grave, with minimal supervision.
You will have a minimum of 12 months' experience handling your own caseload of litigated files, either as a qualified (NQ+) Solicitor or experienced Fee Earner/Paralegal.
You will be rewarded with a competitive salary (in line with previous experience, guideline circa £30,000) with an additional benefits package - including on-site parking!
